We get a million questions and we try to answer every one. Some of the most common questions we receive are listed below (with answers, of course). If you have questions, you can submit them using the short form below:
Where can I see a GO or GO Easy?
SylvanSport has a growing network of GO Dealers and GO Easy Dealers, check it out and see if there is a dealer near you. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, you may want to buy direct from the factory, check out this page for additional GO information and this page for GO Easy information.
What is the warranty on a GO?
GO carries a full two year warranty – bumper to hitch. This is twice as long as the industry average. We offer this two year warranty because we know that the quality that goes into our design, engineering, materials and craftsmanship is the best in the world. To find more detail on the warranty of the SylvanSport GO as well as the SylvanSport GO Easy, please see our Support page.
Do you Finance?
SylvanSport does not offer financing, but most of our GO Dealers (and many of our GO Easy Dealers) do! Give your local dealer a call and see what they can offer you today.
What kind of vehicle can pull a GO?
GO only weighs 840 lbs, so almost any small vehicle can tow a GO. Of course, you should always check with your vehicle manufacturer, but GO is designed with small 4-cylinder cars in mind!
How much space is “really” inside the GO, when set up in Camping Mode?
Can a 7′ tall NBA player sleep comfortably on our bed? Yes! Can a family of four eat and sleep inside the GO? Yes! With 6’5″ of headroom, the ability to configure the interior six different ways including a dining table or a King-and-a-Half-Sized Bed, and a host of storage options available… the interior of the GO is amazing. You have to see it in person to truly appreciate the design of the GO interior space.
Can we see a video of the GO being set-up?
We have several videos of the GO being set-up. If you want to see SylvanSport President, Tom Dempsey setting one up and giving a thorough explanation as he goes – check out this video on our Facebook page.
