We work really hard to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with all of our products. If you’re an existing customer seeking assistance with our products, we encourage you to explore our self-service tools first. They are designed to help you find solutions efficiently. We’re committed to responding promptly, typically within three business days. If we are currently seeing a high volume of support tickets. You may experience longer than average wait times. Your question may have already been answered in the group, getting you the solution faster. Please note that you must be a register SylvanSport trailer owner with a VIN to participate in this group. SERVICE

For service or repair of your SylvanSport trailer that falls within our warranty policy, we will work with you and your local RV service center or trailer repair shop to get your trailer working properly again. We can ship all necessary parts to the repair location. We do require pre-authorization to cover any labor charges under our warranty policy. The repair location will need to send their repair estimate to warranty@sylvansport.com prior to completing any work. If you are near our factory in Brevard, NC, we can also handle the repair/service here with an appointment.

For service or repair outside of our warranty policy, please contact us at info@sylvansport.com and we can help schedule an appointment here at our factory in Brevard, NC or work with a repair center of your choice with any parts or product information needed.
