We stand behind all of our products, so everything you order from us includes a warranty. If you need to submit a warranty claim, please fill out the form below to get in touch and we will be happy to help. A member of our team will review your warranty claim and contact you with the next steps.
If your GO or GO EASY needs a repair, we will help arrange repairs that are covered in our warranty policy. Our towables can be taken to an RV repair location for repairs/service. Our towables do not need to be serviced at a SylvanSport dealership, so we will help you coordinate with a local RV shop. We can ship all necessary parts to the repair location. We do require pre-authorization to cover any labor charges under our warranty policy. The repair location will need to send their repair estimate to email@example.com prior to completing any work. Please contact us if you have a service issue.
