SylvanSport Lifetime Structural Warranty

Official Terms & Conditions
Effective only for eligible new 2027 model year and newer products.

1. Warranty Limitations
Subject to the terms of this Lifetime Structural Warranty, SylvanSport LLC warrants to only the Original Retail Owner that eligible products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship affecting covered structural components under normal recreational use.

2. Warranty Administration and Final Determinations
Except where prohibited by applicable law, SylvanSport shall have the sole reasonable discretion to interpret, administer, and apply this Lifetime Structural Warranty. SylvanSport shall have the sole reasonable discretion to determine whether a claimed condition constitutes a defect in materials or workmanship; whether a claim is covered; whether a failure resulted from an excluded cause; what inspections, documentation, or testing are required; whether a repair or replacement is appropriate; and whether a product qualifies for any optional Legacy, Certified Pre-Owned, or Extended Structural Protection program. SylvanSport’s determination regarding warranty coverage and the appropriate remedy shall be final and binding except where otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Eligible Products
Applies only to new 2027 model year and newer SylvanSport wheeled recreational products purchased from an Authorized Dealer or directly from SylvanSport and registered by the Original Retail Owner within 30 days of purchase. Pre-2027 products are excluded.

4. Original Retail Owner
This warranty is provided only to the Original Retail Owner and terminates immediately upon sale, transfer, trade, gift, inheritance, repossession, or any other change in ownership.

5. Pre-Owned Products
Pre-owned products are not covered by this Lifetime Structural Warranty. SylvanSport may, in its sole reasonable discretion, offer separate structural protection plans for qualifying pre-owned or Certified Pre-Owned products. Eligibility, inspections, pricing, and coverage terms are determined solely by SylvanSport.

6. Covered Structural Components
Coverage is limited to factory-installed structural components including the chassis, frame, tongue, structural crossmembers, structural aluminum framing, structural composite body panels, structural roof system, structural floor system, and other structural load-bearing assemblies. Whether a claimed condition is a covered defect shall be determined by SylvanSport in its sole reasonable discretion.

7. Excluded Components
Soft goods, wear items, and third-party components—including axles, suspension, couplers, hitches, HVAC equipment, appliances, batteries, electronics, plumbing fixtures, solar equipment, lighting, and accessories—are excluded and are covered, if at all, by their respective manufacturers.

8. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic deterioration, improper maintenance, accidents, misuse, abuse, overloading, improper towing, environmental damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, commercial or rental use, or failures caused by aftermarket accessories that, in SylvanSport’s sole reasonable discretion, contributed to the claimed damage.

9. Owner Responsibilities
The Owner must maintain the trailer in accordance with the Owner’s Manual, inspect seals and running gear, promptly repair damage, and properly store and transport the trailer.

10. Dealer Responsibilities
Authorized Dealers are responsible for correcting transportation, storage, handling, assembly, cosmetic, and lot damage before retail delivery. SylvanSport may deny warranty coverage for damage occurring while the trailer was under dealer control. Dealers are not authorized to alter or expand this Limited Warranty.

11. Warranty Claims
Owners must promptly notify SylvanSport or an Authorized Dealer, provide proof of purchase, VIN, and requested documentation. SylvanSport may require photographs, videos, maintenance records, return of components, or inspection by an Authorized Dealer or at a SylvanSport facility. No claim is approved until authorized by SylvanSport.

12. Remedies
If SylvanSport determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that a covered defect exists, SylvanSport may, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, rebuild, or otherwise remedy the affected component or assembly. The remedy selected by SylvanSport fully satisfies its obligations under this Lifetime Structural Warranty. Replacement parts may differ in appearance due to supplier, design, or model-year changes.

13. Reservation of Rights
SylvanSport reserves the right, at its sole reasonable discretion, to improve, redesign, modify, discontinue, or substitute any product, component, material, finish, manufacturing method, feature, or specification at any time without obligation to retrofit, replace, or upgrade previously manufactured products.

14. Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law
Implied warranties are limited to the extent permitted by law. SylvanSport shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages except where prohibited by law. This Lifetime Structural Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Repair or replacement shall be only at SylvanSport’s factory or at an Authorized Dealer only with SylvanSport approval and approval of all costs and scope of work prior to beginning work. This is the exclusive and complete warranty made by SylvanSport, and SylvanSport makes no other express or implied warranties. Implied warranties arising under applicable law, if any, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby limited in scope of coverage to those portions of the Eligible Products covered by this Lifetime Structural Warranty.

This Lifetime Structural Warranty is also in lieu of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of SylvanSport, and SylvanSport disclaims any and all incidental and consequential damages. The liability of SylvanSport hereunder does not extend to loss of time, inconvenience, loss or use of any Eligible Product (or any loss of any profits resulting therefrom), injury to person, or any other incidental, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever.

This Lifetime Structural Warranty is void unless a fully completed warranty registration has been returned to us within 30 days of retail purchase.

15. Consumer Rights
This Lifetime Structural Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.
