Welcome to the vendor information page for Edge of the Forest Fest.

TIMES & SCHEDULE
EVENT DATE: Saturday, October 11, 2025
EVENT TIME: 10am – 4pm
VENDOR LOAD-IN TIME: Begins at 7am. Booth must be set up, vehicles cleared, and ready to go by 9am.
VENDOR REGISTRATION
REGISTRATION: All vendors must complete the registration form.
PAYMENT: Checks can be made out to and mailed to: SylvanSport, 21 Welcome St, Brevard, NC 28712. Include “Edge of the Forest Fest Vendor” in the memo line.
BOOTH INFORMATION
BOOTH SIZE: Booth sizes are 10’x10′. You can sign up for as many as you need.
EZ Up Tents: Weights for all 4 corners of your EZ Up tent are required.
ELECTRICITY: Generally speaking, power will not be available for vendor booths. If you really need power, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
INTERNET: Guest wifi is available at SylvanSport, but can be a little hit or miss in the parking lot where the booths will located. There is strong cell signal with most carriers.
