My experience has been very frustrating. It took over a month from order placement to the order being shipped (order was placed after Sylvan sent me an email telling me the product was in stock). It was very difficult to communicate with anyone at Sylvan during the month. I finally received my product six weeks after ordering. Product was damaged and unusable. Sylvan was quick to offer a warranty replacement. However, now, nearly two weeks later, the product has not shipped and Sylvan is not responding to emails.
