Need some advice. As you know the tables store in the top section, on top of the screen of the canopy during transport. The problem is that the tables keep bouncing off the alignment screw in front. This leads to the tables flopping around loose and ultimately NOT being supported by the cross-member as designed. As a result I now have a hole in the screen. I've noticed this every time I've opened it up. This seems like a problem that needs a resolution.

You're right, not an ideal situation.

What we have found to work well is to make sure that you store the mattresses in the area above the stowed table platforms. It may seem that you are stuffing them in there, but the snug fit of the mattresses between the table panels and the roof will definitely prevent the "jumping." Also, make sure that the little velcro strap is secured through the table panel holes around the center frame tube.

Hope this helps!
